Online Shopping
To make your selection simply click on the select option, check how many you would like, (in order quantity) and then click to add it to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, click on the checkout button to be transferred to our Secure Payment Server.
If you would prefer to make your payments by cheque simply print off the Mail Order Form, using the links above, complete any necessary details and attach to your payment.
Please note it is our Policy not to take any payment until the day of dispatch of your package/s. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please advise us immediately.
If your order has already been dispatched we will require the goods to be returned within 7 days of receipt for us to offer you a full refund.
We will not charge you until the goods are dispatched, and no matter how many parcels we need to send per transaction, we will only charge you post and packing once per order, unless they are going to multiple addresses.
Security
You can be assured that all credit card transactions conducted on this website are both secure and protected. Our website is secure if you use the correct shopping process. Do not under any circumstances e-mail your credit card details to us, as this may not offer you complete security. If you do need to contact us with credit card details, it is advisable to telephone.
Delivery
Providing your requested items are available, items are normally dispatched within 3 - 5 days of your order being accepted. Should your items be out of stock or expected to be unavailable for 14 days, we will contact you by letter, or email as appropriate, asking whether you would still like us to send the order to you.
Last orders for guaranteed Christmas receipt must be prior to 16th December. If in doubt please telephone for clarification.
Express delivery orders are dispatched within the next working day subject to stock availability. If for whatever reason our normal dispatch is affected by Industrial Actions or an event beyond our control we will endeavour to send your goods by an alternative means.
